OK here's one for you if you like cinnamon french toast.


1. get your ingredients together which is: about 5 eggs, milk, cinnomon- sugar( till it looks like it is mixed well, there should be more sugar then cinomion), about 7 or so peices of bread, a pan or grill, cooking spray, a spatula, and about 10 to 15 minutes for them to cook.


2. mix
VEGETABLES MACEDOINE :


A bag of frozen peas (or fresh peas)


1/2 a bag of baby carrots


2-3 white potatoes


2 onions


1 pack of salted pork (diced, without the white fat)


Butter





In a pot, put the butter, the sliced onions and the diced pork.


Add the frozen peas and bay leaves. About 10 minutes after, the diced potatoes,


and 5 minutes after the carots.


Cook until the vegetable are cook the way you like





RICE SALAD :


choped black olives


diced bell pepper (small pieces)


diced tomatoes (small pieces)


diced cucumber (small pieces)


can of tuna


some caned corn (optional)


some laituce (optional)





Vinaigrette :


red wine vinegar


peanut or sunflower oil


dijon mustard


salt %26amp; pepper


All mixed together





Serve very cold, it's delicious








TOMATOES PROVENCALES (fast %26amp; easy) :


Cut the tomatoes in half.


Put a touch of olive oil, salt, pepper and crushed garlic, shredded parsley and


bread crumb (the thin kind) on top of each pieces of tomatoes.


Put in the oven at 400掳 but careful that the tomatoes remain firm and don't overcooked.





RATATOUILLE (for 6 people) :


4 zucchinis


4 bell peppers of different colors


3 eggplants


2 big onions (sliced)


5 crushed garlic cloves


thyme %26amp; bay leaves


1 cup of olive oil


2 big cans of whole peeled tomatoes


salt %26amp; pepper





Diced the vegetables (all of them), not too thick and not thin.


In a pot, put the butter, the sliced onion, crushed garlic.


When the onions are golden, add the peeled tomatoes (drained


the max you can of their juice), the


thyme and bay leaves, salt pepper (a little).


Let the liquid evaporate and then add first the bell peppers,


salt %26amp; pepper ( a little), then 10 minutes after,


the zucchini %26amp; eggplants, salt %26amp; pepper, a little.


You can serve this hot, or very cold as an apetizer








POTATOE OMELETTE :


Slice potatoes, not too thin. In a pan fry put butter and sliced onions.


When golden, add the potatoes.


When golden, add the eggs. Fast, and easy








POTATOE PANCAKES (the french way) :


Shredd some potatoes, not too thin, not too thick.


Add to battered eggs (there must be more potatoes than eggs), with crushed garlic.


In pan, put butter and make the pancakes.











EGGS MIMOSA :


6 hard boiled eggs


parsley


mayo


black olives


salt %26amp; pepper





Cut the hard boiled in half, take carefully the yokes off and


put them (except 2) in a bowl where you add the shredded parsley, salt, pepper %26amp;


a little of mayo.


Feel the egg whites with the mixture. Smash the other 2 yokes a little and


sprinkle the yokes on top of the eggs.


D茅corate with a slice of black olive








GREEN BEANS %26amp; TOMATOES :


Boil or steam the beans for a few minutes.


In a frying pan, put some butter, sliced onions, whole or diced


peeled tomatoes (drained of the juice).


When the liquid you'll get has evaporate a little add the beans, salt and pepper and stir.


Cook on medium heat until the tenderness you like.








BRUSSELS SPROUTS :


Boil the brussels sprouts, not all the way.


In a pan, put butter, sliced onions, and diced salted pork (cut out the fat).


Add the brussels sprouts

any kind of pasta with store bought sauce. you can jazz it up a bit with some fresh veggies cut up and thrown into the sauce.





also, you can try making panini sandwiches. thick italian or ciabatta bread with anything inside, roastbeef, italian cold cuts, turkey, cheese, etc. just throw it on the bread and put it on a george forman grill (about $12 at Target).
Spaghetti! All you need is ground beef, Ragu sauce, and some noodles. Boil the noodles in water, (if you toss one against the wall and it sticks its done) and put some ground beef in a skillet. Medium temp., break it up as it cooks. When its just about done, drain out some of the fat and throw the sauce in. Combine them on your plate and your done! Sounds like it takes long but its super easy and you can save the leftovers since its something easy to microwave back up.
