It would help to know some of the things that you have in your kitchen -- pasta, sauces, spices, meats, veggies, etc. Until then, all we can do is give you recipes that are based on what's in our kitchens right now.

I've got teryaki flavored rice, some frozen snow peas, and a couple of chicken breasts. I'm going to saute the chicken in chunks, cook the rice and snow peas, and combine them in a casserole. Then I'll add some chunks of pineapple, a bit of diced red pepper, and a little extra teryaki sauce to perk up the flavor and heat the whole thing through in the oven for a few minutes.

With some hot rolls and a side salad, that'll make a quick and easy meal for me and my husband.
I can give you what I think is the perfect answer. I joined the Masterfoods Club and in there, there is a section which asks you what you have in the cupboard or the fridge/freezer and when you key in what ingredients you have, it will give you a whole list of recipes that you can make. It's wonderful. I think that anyone in here should join - it's free and you get heaps of recipes and tips from them as well. I think it's www.masterfoods.com

if you have any chicken or steak take it cut it into piece's add some salt to the meat just a little toss in a bowl , then throw into a very hot skillet ... Leave it in the skillet till it starts to get crispy around the edges make sure if you are using chicken to cook longer and while cooking throw a lid on it to steam it from the inside out till meat is done ... Next take your favorite Salsa and pour over meat stir to mix well with meat, then simmer for about 3 min. then un cover and add whatever cheese you have. Then cover again take off heat and let the cheese melt and serve over white rice or noodles or with a salad with mayo and ketchup dressing Voila Dinner :)
