What are some quick and easy recipes for weak stomachs?

I'm new at cooking and I have a very weak stomach from acid reflux and ulcers. I'm looking for easy recipes that are very healthy... dairy products, spicy and fried foods, and citric acid really upset my stomach. Can anyone help me out??What are some quick and easy recipes for weak stomachs?
A really quick recipe I have found that helps when I am feeling icky is rice, chicken breasts, and frozen mixed veggies.





The veggies I use are the typical big bag you can get at Walmart or any grocery store. It's a mix of corn, carrots, green beans, and lima beans. cook them on the stove with water, or, more quickly, in the microwave with just a tablespoon or so of butter. I add a dash of salt, but it's not necessary.





The key is to just simply cook the chicken breast either on the grill or a skillet, without a lot of spices or salts. I usually mix that with plain white rice and veggies. It doesn't have a whole lot of flavor, but it really calms my stomach

Brown rice (not wild rice) is very soft, healthy, and easy on the stomach. It's easy to make and can be flavored in countless ways. With rice on hand you have a meal on hand at all times. A recipe that I find comforting is to oil a pan, lightly saute the rice with some maple syrup and cinnamon and add bananas on top, which are very easy to digest.


For a more savory dish, the rice can be sauteed with an egg (which tastes AMAZING) and fresh herbs and veggies can be added to flavor it as well as salt and pepper.
