CHECK THIS OUT! Go to your local fish monger and get some fresh cut Tuna Steaks about an inch thick. Get out your favorite cast iron skillet and heat it up. In the mean time rub the tuna steaks with some of your favorite blackening spice. When your skillet is nice and hot drop those bad boys on there and turn on your exaust fan because it may smoke. Cook em about 5 minutes a side or to your liking( I like medium rare). Drop em on a plate and drissle some bearnaise sauce on em then top with fried shrimp! YUMMO!
try this salad !! it's soooo delicious:

you could make tortilla pizzas--a flour tortilla, with a little sauce and toppings and under the broiler until the cheese melts.
I know you said not spaghetti--but i was thinking you are sick of the traditional pasta and red sauce. But, I always end up making a seafood pasta. Put a pot of water on the stove with a lid and put on high. Take frozen shrimp or other cooked frozen seafood, put in a strainer in a bowl (wide enough to support the strainer). Run the tap until the water is overflowing out of the bowl and then lower the flow of the water just so there is movement in the water and still over flowing--do this for aobut 5 minutes or so and the seafood should be thawed. Choose a pasta of your liking (if you are looking for super fast angel hair pasta is a good choice), cook per the directions. when the pasta is almost done, take a skillet or fry pan, pour a small amount of olive oil, crush/chop garlic put in the oil, also put italian seasonings a few crushed red peppers, toss the now-thawed seafood in the oil to warm through. Drain the pasta in the seafood strainer, put the drained pasta in with the oil an seafood--toss. Top with parm. yum.

Do you like Salmon? We eat salmon once a week with dry seafood rub from Williams %26amp; Sonoma. IT IS SOOO GOOD... If we take the salmon and rub to our friends house everyone loves it!
So two days later I take the leftover cooked salmon and make this recipe:

It is a salmon cake and it is so tasty! Basically you cook the salmon one night, second night add it to a bowl with the ingredients and cook it in a pan - so quick. You save time doing it over the two days. Good with steamed veggies and a rice or couscous.
Also another suggesstion is to get a Cuisine Art Griddler. My boyfriend bought me one for christmas two years ago. It comes with 4 plates - two flat, two grill and it can be used as an open griddle, open grill, panini press, grill press or a combo of 2 at the same time. The plates are easy to remove and are dishwasher safe which saves time during clean up.
You can pretty much cook just about anything on this thing from veggies to steak to sandwiches, and it is a healthy way to cook. I love it - it is a fantastic time saving appliance that runs about $140 but it has paid for itself over a hundred times!
