Meals Matter has some good recipes, and there's a link on each recipe to add ingredients to your shopping list. It also has a meal planner.I need a good cooking internet sight...I would like it to have quick easy recipes and non-expencive shopping?
Check out Foodnetwork.com -- you can search for recipes and the site grades them from easy-hard in terms of difficulty. You can also sort them by who's recipe it is. For example, Rachel Ray does that show ';30-minute Meals';; her recipes are always easy and [duh] meals you can create in 30 minutes or less!

Goodluck, hope this helped!
I like yum yum.com there are all kinds of real good and easy recipes there..Hope I have helped.

You can sign up for a newsletter. If I think of more I'll put that down too.
allrecipes.com
Taste of Home.
I'm not sure about shopping lists, but I use www.allrecipes.com for cooking, it has alot of tips, user submitted and rated recipes, will convert recipes for you to different portions, gives nutritional info...all very handy =)
I like to use kraftfoods.com. They have a million recipes for everything.
Taste of Home Recipes, Better Homes and Gardens, or Good Housekeeping.....any of these 3 will give you a wealth of information and recipes.
I like recipe.com and epicurious.com
