1 lg. onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp. butter

1/4 each tsp. salt and pepper

2 tsp. curry powder

1/4 c. sour cream

dash of tabasco

lemon juice, to season

Saut茅 the finely chopped onion and 2 tbsp. butter. When onion has browned, add condensed mushroom soup and curry powder (mixed to paste).

Add shrimp, seedless raisins, and heat thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.

Stir in sour cream, a few drops of lemon juice, and a dash of tabasco.

Serve over hot rice.
pre heat your oven to 375 depending on how big the shrimp are, and weather or not they're frozen. hotter if they're frozen, hotter if they're bigger.

get a big piece of tinfoil, and put all the shrip you want to prepare in the middle of the tinfoil, and fold them up into a nice neat envelope, so you can pick them up with tongs, or scoop the envelope up on a spatula, and not have any fall out, and not have to worry about the envelope falling apart. put the envelope on a cookie sheet, and throw 'em in the oven. if you want any spices, or butter in with the shrimp, before you fold up the tinfoil envelope, put them in there too. keep them in there for about 20 minutes, longer if they're frozen, longer if they're bigger, longer if they'res more than a pound. but, unless your feeding noahs ark, you shouldent leave them in there any longer than 45 minutes.

the most wonderfull thing is, where they're inside the tinfoil envelope, even if you do mess up and leave them in there longer, it wont matter, because they cant burn. the shrimp might srink, because were cooking all the moisture out of them, but they're still going to be good enough to eat. yuuuummmy yummmy yummy!
boil shrimp til turns color drain and put in frying pan with butter and lots of garlic, mix around still covered add it to angel hair pasta there u go it's great serve with side salad and favorite bread (TIGER SHRIMP IS BEST)
heat up alot butter into a skillet and saute some chopped garlic. Throw in the shrimp (shrimp doesn't have to cook long- cook til pink). Add spinach, and your favorite pasta, and you got shrimp scampi pasta with spinach.
